Chad – Miami, MB

Since I have started working with coach Koscielny over the past 1 1/2 years my marathon time has dropped from 4:15 to 3:38 with a goal of 3:08 set for 2016.  With his plans I haven’t missed a race due to injury and managed a PB distance of 89km during a 12hr race only 5 weeks after a PB marathon time.   The plans introduce variation to keep things exciting and having someone to hold me accountable has helped me increase my overall fitness level. I am in the best shape of my life at 38 years old and am looking forward to continued gains.  I am certain I would not be where I am today without Coach K’s help and guidance.  He has been a tremendous resource for fitness, nutrition and injury prevention.  I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness. – Chad
